La Petite Bande — Mural, Paris, 2026

A site-specific mural painted directly onto the walls of La Petite Bande’s residency in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés. The figure inhabits the existing surface rather than covering it, letting the texture and history of the wall become part of the image.

The work extends Sung Lee’s visual language into architectural space, maintaining the same graphic clarity and ease that runs through her drawing, textiles, and ceramics.
